Delivery of S30815(253MA) Steel Pipe

In June, GOLDWAY has successfully deliver 40 Ton heat resistant steel pipe S30815(253MA) to a heat exchanger manufacturer. This pipe with specification 88.9*5*9000, will be installed in the recuperators, applied in a carbon black plant.

By switching the steel tube bundle from TP321 to S30815, the air pre-heating temperature can rise from 650℃ to 850℃, which can save about 15% fuel consumption. It not only can save the production cost, but also can be conductive to the absorption rate of carbon black and enhance the reaction conditions of carbon black.
